Pre-Press

We have a Highwater Python CTP System which uses plates which are specifically designed to have a low impact on the environment using low chemistry processing. This installation enables us to keep control of the quality of work throughout the production process from artwork to delivery.

Litho-press

Man Roland 560 B2/6 colour plus UV coater. Prints up to 900 micron solid board plus micro flute and plastic
Interdeck drying B2 (520 x 720mm)
Prints on solid board up to 700micron plus Micro Flute and plastics

Flexopress

Edale FL-3 Printing up to 7 colors + coating
Maximum web width: 430mm
Prints on labels from 12microns to 450micron folding box board
